Refund Policy
We reserve the right to charge a debit or credit card the full amount should the vehicles(s) not be available for cleaning and the booking has not been cancelled in advance
Failure to be present at the time and location of the ordered service will result in the full value of the service being charged.
Payment is due immediately after booking .
Same day appointments that are cancelled will incur a charge of 25% of the service cost.
If a user is not satisfied with a particular job there is a formal way to submit any complaint by email at [email protected].
All requests referring to our refund Policy should be sent within 48 hours following the job date.
As far as weather, unfortunately gmobile can’t control natural elements and for that reason we do not offer any refunds after service is complete due to weather conditions . Users should be sure to check the weather, prior to booking.
You can reschedule or cancel within same day after you place your booking, free of charge
